MicroMark® Recirculating Spray System

The 781RC MicroMark® recirculating spray system provides uniform deposits of circular patterns and stripes with widths from 5.0 mm to 30.4 mm (0.20″ to 1.20″). The system prevents clogging or excessive overspray.

This unique system eliminates the clogging, maintenance, and downtime encountered with standard dispensing systems through:
• the use of a recirculating pump that keeps pigments in suspension
• a programmable air delay that cleans the spray nozzles after each cycle

The MicroMark system can be used for color coding similar parts, pass/fail marking, or displaying production or test status. It can be activated manually or linked with other systems for application at set intervals. More
