MicroMark® Recirculating Spray System

The 781RC MicroMark® recirculating spray system provides uniform deposits of circular patterns and stripes with widths from 5.0 mm to 30.4 mm (0.20″ to 1.20″). The system prevents clogging or excessive overspray.

• This unique system eliminates the clogging, maintenance, and downtime encountered with standard dispensing systems.
• It uses a recirculating pump that keeps pigments in suspension.
• A programmable air delay cleans the spray nozzles after each cycle.

The MicroMark system can be used for color coding similar parts, pass/fail marking, or displaying production or test status. It can be activated manually or linked with other systems for application at set intervals. More
