Bayonet mixers for 50ml cartridges

Static Mixers Series 190 are designed for use with 50mL two-component catrides. Typical applications include mixing epoxies, urethanes, acrylics, and silicones. The Series 190 has five diameters available with four outlet styles: Slip Luer, Full Bore, H-Tapered, and Stepped. The Slip Luer is our standard offering. The Full Bore ensures maximum flow with minimal back pressure.

The patented Series 295 square bayonet mixer provides superior fluid mixing performance. The Turbo (square) geometry consists of a series of alternating left-hand and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters.
Turbo mixer is about 2/3 of the length of comparative spiral mixers which brings significant cost savings due to reduces adhesive waste.

The H – Tapered outlet is offered where precise placement of the adhesive is required. In order to connect Luer Needles it is moulded with a new interlocking connection.
This requires the attachment of a Luer Lok Adapter which must be ordered separately: P.N. 7700943
