Easy-to-use interface for precise Liquidyn P-Jet and Liquidyn P-Dot Series valve control
The Liquidyn®V200 controller provides an easy-to-use interface for controlling the Liquidyn P-Jet and Liquidyn P-Dot Series high performance micro-dispensing valves,allowing operators to quickly determine the best baseline settings for optimal dispensing results. Controls for peripheral devices, such as air pressure regulators anda heater, are already integrated.
All programming functions are accessed through theintuitive push-button control panel, and uid and operating pressure adjustments can be made at the controller using the dedicated adjustment knobs. Actual pressure and temperature readings are displayed on the control panel.
The Liquidyn V200 Controller also accepts inputs for remote control and outputs for monitoring. Single or continuous deposits can be initiated remotely, as well as dispense cycle start and stop. The controller ready status and the status of the temperature control (temperature setpoint achieved or not achieved) can also be determined remotely.
Because of its easy-to-use controls and multi-functional capabilities, the Liquidyn V200 controller is ideal for use in trials and process development in laboratories or at manual work stations.
