Gard PUR 60 is a liquid cleaning agent specially developed to remove all cured and uncured PUR adhesive residue from equipment, components and roller-fed systems and applicators.
Gard PUR 60 – is a new formulation for removing cured and non cured PUR. Can be used for cleaning application/glue rollers whilst still on the machine. GARD PUR 60 is highly effective when used in a heated tank (fryer application) for breaking down PUR deposits from components.

Directions
Roller Cleaning
Apply direct to the roller via clean cloth and wipe down the non cured PUR.
Heated Tank
GARD PUR 60 should be heated to 170 °C (338 °F) maximum and allow parts / components to soak in the solution for approximately 15–20 minutes.
DO NOT EXCEED ABOVE TEMPERATURES.
